Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using IRA Imaging's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

IRA Imaging provides professional printing and packaging services including but not limited to:

• Digital and offset printing services
• Custom packaging solutions
• Branding and design services
• 3D displays and point-of-purchase materials
• Marketing materials and promotional items

Order Process and Acceptance

Quote Requests

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on final specifications
• We reserve the right to modify quotes based on project complexity

Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed quote and deposit payment
• Production begins only after full approval of designs and specifications
• Changes to orders after confirmation may incur additional charges

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% of total order value required to begin production
• Balance: Remaining 50% due upon completion and before delivery
• Rush Orders: Full payment may be required upfront

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery (for local orders)
• Credit card payments (subject to processing fees)

Late Payments

• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge
• Orders may be delayed for non-payment
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Design and Content

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete design files
• Ensure all content is original or properly licensed
• Approve all proofs before production begins
• Provide timely feedback on design revisions

Design Approval

• Client approval is required before production begins
• Changes after approval may incur additional charges
• We are not responsible for errors in client-provided content

Production and Delivery

Production Timeline

• Standard orders: 7-14 business days
• Rush orders: 2-5 business days (additional charges apply)
• Complex projects may require extended timelines

Delivery Terms

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
• Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
• Delivery charges may apply for remote locations
• Risk of loss transfers to client upon delivery

Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all our products. However, please note:

• Color variations may occur due to monitor differences
• Minor variations in printing are considered acceptable
• Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Intellectual Property

Client Content

• Clients retain ownership of their original content
• Clients grant us license to use content for production purposes
• Clients are responsible for ensuring content doesn't infringe on third-party rights

Our Work

• We retain rights to our design work unless otherwise agreed
• Custom designs created for clients become client property upon full payment
• We may use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Client assumes responsibility for final approval of all work

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Labor disputes
• Equipment failures
• Supply chain disruptions

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

• Before Production: Full refund minus processing fees
• During Production: Partial refund based on work completed
• After Production: No cancellation allowed

Our Cancellation Rights

• We may cancel orders for non-payment
• We may cancel if client provides inappropriate content
• We may cancel due to technical impossibility

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between parties
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan as a last resort

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
