Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Quality Issues

  • Print quality does not meet our standards
  • Color accuracy issues beyond acceptable tolerances
  • Material defects or damage during production
  • Packaging that doesn't meet specifications

Service Issues

  • Delays in delivery beyond agreed timelines
  • Incorrect quantities delivered
  • Wrong specifications or designs implemented
  • Failure to meet agreed-upon project requirements

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

Step 2: Documentation

Provide photos and detailed description of the issue for our review.

Step 3: Review

Our quality team will review the issue within 2-3 business days.

Step 4: Resolution

We will provide a solution, which may include reprinting, partial refund, or full refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Full Refund: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Partial Refund: 3-7 business days after approval
  • Reprint: New timeline as per project requirements

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom designs approved by the client
  • Rush orders with expedited timelines
  • Items damaged by client after delivery
  • Changes requested after production has begun
  • Digital files and design work

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Minor quality issues that don't affect usability
  • Small delays that don't significantly impact your timeline
  • Minor specification deviations

Reprint Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer to reprint your order at no additional cost if:

  • The issue is due to our error
  • Quality standards are not met
  • Specifications were not followed correctly

Cancellation Policy

Before Production

  • Full refund if cancelled before production begins
  • Processing fee may apply for complex designs

During Production

  • Partial refund based on work completed
  • Materials and labor costs will be deducted

After Production

  • No cancellation allowed after production completion
  • Standard refund policy applies for quality issues

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your order due to our error, we will:

  • Reprint the order at no cost
  • Provide a full refund
  • Work with you to find an acceptable solution
